Does PayPro support Wi-Fi?
Yes. A hardwired or Wi-Fi internet connection is required to use Vagaro and process transactions. Both 2.4 and 5GHz networks are supported.\n
Does PayPro work with the Vagaro credit card reader?
Yes, PayPro is compatible with the Vagaro credit card reader (sold separately) over USB and Bluetooth. Just plug it into the PayPro hub, which is included with PayPro.\n
Does PayPro work with an external mouse & keyboard?
Yes, PayPro supports an external mouse and keyboard. Just plug it into the PayPro hub, which is included with PayPro.\n
Does PayPro come with a warranty?
Yes, PayPro has a one-year warranty to address manufacturing defects.\n
Does the handheld scanner work with barcodes and QR codes?
Yes, just plug the handheld scanner (sold separately) into the PayPro hub to scan barcodes and QR codes. The PayPro Mini tablet (available in the US only) uses the front and back cameras for scanning, so it does not need a handheld scanner. \n
Does the Check-In App work on PayPro?
The Check-In App is currently unavailable for PayPro.\n
Does PayPro work with the wireless receipt printer?
Yes, PayPro works with the Vagaro receipt printer (sold separately) and the Star TSP100 receipt printer. \n
Does the cash drawer work with the Vagaro receipt printer?
Yes, both the cash drawer works with the Vagaro receipt printer (sold separately) and the Star TSP100 receipt printer.\n
Do timecards work with PayPro?
Yes, your employees can use Vagaro timecards (sold separately) to clock in and out with PayPro manually or with the hand scanner (sold separately). Timecards are currently not supported with PayPro Mini.\n
Can I download other apps on PayPro?
The PayPro only supports Vagaro Pro and Connect by Vagaro.\n
Which countries is PayPro available for?
PayPro is available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. The PayPro Mini and PayPro Duo are currently available only in the United States.
Does the customer-facing screen detach from PayPro?
The PayPro cannot detach from the base, but it has a swivel screen that can be tilted from the employee to the customer.\nWhen PayPro Mini is connected to PayPro, the tablet is used as the customer-facing screen. When the tablet is detached or the PayPro Mini is used as a standalone device, the tablet can be used to perform business tasks, as well as let customers sign transactions and fill out forms. \n
Does multi-location work on PayPro?
Yes, multi-location works on PayPro. If a business has multi-location, then each PayPro will belong to its own location. PayPro works like any tablet device.\n
Does PayPro work with PayPro Mini?
When the PayPro Mini is connected to PayPro, it is used as a customer-facing screen without the need to tilt the PayPro screen to the customer. When the PayPro Mini tablet is removed from its dock, the tablet is used as a business-facing screen.\n
Can PayPro be purchased and used separately from PayPro Mini?
Yes. They can each be used as standalone devices. You can purchase one now and purchase the other when you need it.\n
